Our expiry and normal product returns list is competitive with respect to types and quantities of products. We develop this list based on an analysis of customers’ orders; we also use this information to offer special discounts.
Ibnsina Pharma has developed an efficient and effective returns process that ensures preservation of products and prevents the development of counterfeit products in the market. Our customers need not worry about over-ordering products. Our team is happy to collect product returns and subtract them from future invoices with full respect to our agreements with manufacturers and suppliers.
